I spoke with Richie about an estimate for my driveway. After talking on the phone for about 10 minutes he was at my house ready to give me all the information I needed to make the right decision. After speaking with different companies, Richie went above and beyond and took the time to break everything down for me to understand what it would take to get the job done. Me and Richie continued talking and ultimately after speaking with each other over the course of a few days, we decided to move forward with R&D paving. The job was supposed to be done last week however due to the weather we had and I actually had surgery 11/18/25 Richie accommodated and was happy to reschedule to get it done. Now today 11/19/25 his crew was here ready to go. And they were done by 2:30-3:00 in the afternoon. The crew that was here at my house were super professional and was happy to speak with me about the job and they also took the time to confirm everything me and Richie had discussed. As a courtesy to his crew we got them coffee and donuts as a thank you for their hard work. My drive way looks amazing and the attention to detail was also amazing. Richie and his company and crew were delightful to work with and anyone I know that’s looking for a new driveway etc I will absolutely recommend R&D paving. Very very fairly priced. In my opinion the work they do speaks for itself. I will continue to utilize their services in the future for maintaining my brand new driveway. Thank you again Richie for the time you took out of your day to speak with me and thank you again to your crew for their hard work. My driveway looks amazing!

R & D by far surpassed my expectations. From the first phone call to the finish. When I first reached out to the owner, Rich, I was away and we spoke for about 20 min. It actually felt as if I was talking to a friend. Within 20 min a contract was sent and signed. Several days later Rich contacted me and gave me a date. No approximate or around that time but a solid date that he stuck to. Rich and his crew showed up at 8am and right from the start his guys were very impressive. Friendly and hard working. A family owned business where the owner is out there with his guys getting dirty. In my case, getting soaked from the rain. The following day his crew showed up and completed the job. Mind you the temps were around 34 degrees and snowing. My driveway is 1300 SF. They also installed a 6 FT wide paver apron for me which came out amazing. The job was well organized and clean. It should be noted that I found out about R & D on instagram. His pricing is very competitive and very fair. I’m aware there are a few unsatisfied customers that wrote reviews which is unfortunate but I will say I was very satisfied with R & D Paving. I will recommend them to anyone that is considering on getting a new driveway. Thanks Rich!!

Had my driveway paved by R&D and they did an excellent job. Great attention to detail, easy to work with, and everything was completed as promised. 10 out of 10—highly recommend.

Just had my driveway redone and I’m so happy with the results! Rich gave me a great price and the job was done in a few hours. They took out my old driveway which was in very bad shape and completely replaced it. Looks great and I couldn’t be happier!

R&D Paving just completed a resurfacing of my driveway. Ritch was great to deal with, very responsive and took time to explain pros and cons of different approaches. Team came out and was very efficient in completing the job. I felt price was fair as well. I would recommend.

Attention to detail differentiates the master from the craftsman and R&D paving are true masters of their trade. Richie and his crew were professional from start to finish. They were right on top of their game when it came to the initial grading, drainage, sub surfacing and paving. Richie’s crew took the initiative to lay in berms around the basement windows to keep the water out. A detail sorely missed by my neighbors who recently had their driveways paved and are contending with wet basements. A final finish coat, sprayed on after the asphalt set, gives me the peace of mind that I‘ll have a problem free driveway for year to come. Thanks Richie.
